The world has been even wonkier than normal lately, and if you are anything like me, it probably starts to get to you after a while. Consider this your reminder that we can only continue seeking change if we are still here to do so, and the only way to remain here is to care tenderly for ourselves and one another.
So, instead of my usual content, this week I feel drawn to end Pride month by leaving you with a blessing:
May you seek out spaces of mossy green that open with love to welcome you, your rest, and your heart. May you find safety there to renew, explore, and imagine what comes next.
May your insides slow, giving you permission to dance, play, and replenish. May your heart be met with self-kindness, your breath soothing every place and space of tension within your body, mind, and spirit.
May you hear your own needs with self-compassion, honoring them with the love you would offer a beloved child, and the boundaries needed to protect them. May the warmth of summer hug you with goodness, and may you seek out delicacies that offer sweetness to all of you.
May you come to a deep knowing that the hard things in life do not hold the final word, that your grief and rage are sacred, that your intuition is steering you toward what matters most, and that we are meant to get there together and not alone.
May your hurting parts feel wrapped in blankets of comfort and ease, knowing they are worthy of time, attention, beauty, and healing. May they find hope and joy in little pleasures, like a bouquet of flowers, a tender touch, a tasty treat, or the gaze of someone they love.
May you tap into inner wisdom about where to go from here, what it means to care for yourself in ways that spark delight in life, community, and possibility for the world around you.
May you lean into inner calm and harmony, wrapping yourself in cool stillness, creating energies of inner reorganization, blessed pleasure, needed relief, and growing energy to embrace tomorrow.
This is beautiful! Thank you!! I read it twice to really let it sink in and I may need to ready it a few more times! 🙏💖🌈
What a beautiful blessing 🥰💖🙏
